Every other women (54.2%) during her life sufferes some form of violence physical, psychological, economic or sexual.

Data of agancys for sexyal equality shows that even every third female survived a severe form of physical violence, such as choking, burning or assault weapon. The most widespread is the psychological violence (46.1% of women), followed by a combination of psychological and physical (17.3%), followed by physical, economic and psychological (12%), as well as psychological and economic (8%). Violence between spouses represents a set of behaviors in order to establish control over another person (usually concerning a women) through the use of violence, intimidation and manipulation. Violence in merrige or in any relationship always means abuse of power that is based on gender inequality. In 95% of cases they are women, young or old, married or single, employed or unemployed, education or no education, rich or poor, black or white. All women and girls can be potential victims of violence. Characteristics of female victims is low self-confidence and self-esteem (those which often have a history of domestic violence), and the characteristics of abusers: low self-esteem, insecurity, aggression, and often the addiction to alcohol or drugs. It is whidly believed that the relationship is a private matter and that the society should not be able to interfere, these are just some of the reasons why we chose this as a theme for our art and public activity to show that when a woman is exposed to violence, it is no longer her personal problem, but it reflects on society. Patriarchal division in marriage gives men more power and rights, and thus some men believe they have the right to beat their wives. Environment often puts pressure on women that suffer a severe form of violence to remain in such a marriage. Suffering violence is defined as social constructs and has various psychological reasons. The explanation, in part, can be found in the most common dynamics of violent relationships in which alternating phases of violence, when the entire power belongs to the bully, and the stage or remorse where the woman has the illusion of their power and control of the situation. The woman is a free individual and is not obliged to remain silent, suffering, and has the right of choice. More than 70% of cases are made up of men who are not under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol is not the reason for the violence, but it can intensify it. It is also one of the themes that runs trough the play in the moments when young Mark encourages possessive jealousy to commit violence. (socially acceptable to blame alcohol for violent behavior as the bully he could not control it.) The tasks of the multimedia project "SMS" are to through the medium of theater, radio, film, animation, web blogging and activism, and organizing public forums

point to all these problems, the processing of universal and eternal themes of love and jealousy, possessive, and to analyze its causes, its psychological development and consequences that it can cause. The gap between the intimate closeness and physical distance that caused social and economic conditions in post-war Balkans, possessive attitude towards women as the property, domestic violence, the impact of modern communication channels in our lives are important components that regulate ways of living together, and the trend of frequent violence, divorce, and the process emacipacije women in the Balkans. Theatre project "SMS", has as main theme possessive jealousy of one man. The ambition is to analyze its causes, course and its psychological consequences it can cause. The gap between the intimate closeness and physical distance that caused social and economic situation in the Serbia, possessive attitude towards women as the property, domestic violence, the impact of modern communication channels in our lives are important components that regulate the way of life in marriage and cause frequent occurrence violence, divorce, and the status of the position of women in the Balkans. The performance corresponds to the modern theatrical expression, the combination of symbolical- synesthetical theater, with the use of modern means of staging: live video, photographs, fictional audio recordings in service of documentary, musicalization of produced theatrical sound (including voice), the happening, the interplay of light and shadow, minimalist music, 3D animation and live music and singing...

The show will be premiered in UK Palilula , while negotiations for co-production with Atelje 212, so that the play is performed in two stages. After the premiere of theatre performace, following activities are planned:

- Work on radio play on Radio Belgrade - Recording TV film to be premiered at the RTS (support Marko Novakovic) - Subtitling theatre perfomance in English and perform abroad. - Organizing a panel discussions on the topic of violence against women all around the Balkan. - Performing shows all around Serbia and the region
