With the site I logged on to, it is a widely known commercial web site in the Philippines having a famous Philippine Actor as an endorser. Because of such fact, I know it is indeed a reliable site and so its rest assured that its not an internet scam. Also, it shows actual images of the mobile phones for sale, which are also convenient for me since the sellers who post the ads are just based here in the Philippines. The site displays the available items for sale by region of the country, so you will be able to choose the ones which are nearest to your location. Also, you can view the items for sale from the ones with the cheapest price so you could easily choose those that are within your budget. Another good point for this site is that it is concerned with the welfare of the shopper as evinced by its displayed shop safety dos and donts. But despite the features I came to like upon visiting the said site, I have figured that the site is not really 100% dependable because in the end it is you and the seller (the one who posts the ad in the site) who will negotiate with each other since the site is just a medium and not a direct seller.
