Responsibilities

Co-ordination, interaction and meetings with client, Subcontractor, resolve all the quality control issues, technical issues and monitor the progress and plan to recover the delays. Organize, execute, and coordinate between the project team that to ensure assignments and project are completed safely and efficiently. The resulting facilities are to be safe, reliable, and economic. Provide the Manager of Engineering Services with justification and documentation for sound recommendations on courses of action on project and assignment. Develop and recommend modifications to related policies. Provide leadership to keep engineering, material acquisition, and construction of project on schedule. Coordinate contract negotiations and development when appropriate for the economic benefit. Liaison with design engineers and undertaking design of works as part of Contract design scope. Responsibilities

Execution and supervision of all construction activities as per construction Planning the construction activities daily, weekly and monthly. Execution of required work through Setting out, explaining and delegating tasks to surveyors, foremen, subcontractors and labours. Allocate responsibility and manage all junior staff.
