Requirement of Advisory Board It is a Collection of unique skill sets & knowledge in form of individuals to effectively guide & serve

as a tremendous ally in the quest for superior corporate governance. Role of Advisory Board 1. To create program & plan: It is vital to create an Advisory board during the early stages so that the members can provide advice concerning the design and plans for the program. 2. To develop program policy: they can help create policies which provide direction and support for the program staff. 3. To plan & implement Public Relations : Community leaders as our Honble Padmashree Dr D Y Patil (Dada) to spread positive word of mouth. AB From Institutes Point of view

Provide advice and insight relative to the Facultys vision and strategic direction : Our vision is Empowerment through quality education for socio Economic Ethical transformation the objective is to empower & transform the society to strength themselves & the country at large through ethical means, which can only be achieved through Quality Education, we at the Institute are constantly striving to provide quality education in the best possible way. Provide information on the needs and views of our stakeholders. Our stakeholders are Students, Society & every member connected to the institute. The institute always strives to get feedback from students in the form of Alumni, current students by organizing annual Alumni Meet. The institute also takes into consideration the key views provided through a platform called as Parents-Teachers Meet. Provide feedback and advice on programs and curriculum-as an additional input. The institute has the AB to advice on programs on the quality improvement front & on curriculum as an vital inputs with respect to various Industrial visits & employability enhancement program for developing the students. Provide a link to the community, businesses, organizations, and government. With the help of AB the institute takes initiative to act as a link between students and Corporate. The Institutes does so by providing a annual platform called as HR Meet, where the institute ropes-in corporate leaders to motivate, guide & advice students in various areas of corporate working & governance.

Provide assistance to programs such as Applied consulting & Mentorship The institute also creates an opportunity for faculty members to get actively involved in consultancy programs directed towards potential partners & Mentorship initiatives towards students. Provide possible contacts and/or act as resources for students. The AB constantly helps & motivates the institute for better placements through strong Industry-Institute-Interaction programs and is actively participative in developing Entrepreneurship ventures for Management students.
