8. COMMISSIONING CHECKLIST
The Commissioning Engineer is to carry out all commissioning tests in accordance with the FLEXI BSC Commissioning Procedure, using the FLEXI BSC User Manual and other approved reference material. Customer-specific parameters are to be used where applicable. A signed Certificate of Completion for the installation work must be included in Section 1 of the Site Folder, certifying that the installation work has been completed to the required standard. The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for: Checking the quality of the installation. Correcting any installation problems/faults or deficiencies. Familiarization with current Technical Notes. Commissioning the FLEXI BSC system in preparation for integration. Completing this checklist, including signature and date. Completing the necessary Site Deficiency Reports. Completing the necessary Fault Reports. Informing the Site Manager of work progress, including any problems as they arise. Completing the Certificate of Completion and placing it in Section 1 of the Site Folder.
The commissioning starts with initial inspections during which the condition of the hardware and software is checked. After these inspections, the order of the tests can be determined freely. The tester marks the results of the tests in the test logs. Reading the instructions is recommended before starting the tests. After the tests, fill in the Commissioning Checklist.
