THE 8 HABITS 90 DAY MANIFESTING ROUTINE!

(short version)

1. MENTAL and FINANCIAL ROUTINE

The first 4 minutes you are awake, grab the reigns on your minds wild horses
and practice relaxing your body and connecting with the simple sweet Divine
Presence inside you.

Start by saying YES to who you are, where you are in your life today and a big
YES to your past exactly as it is. Say YES out loud and/or inside your mind
many times until you feel the yes vibration buzzing throughout your body.

Visualize and feel that everything on your 90 Day Manifesting Agenda has just
manifested!! Let yourself BATHE in the feeling that you already have everything
you need.

Welcome in the feelings of being financially secure, abundant and free!
Proclaim to the entire Universe while looking in the mirror that you are financially
abundant and free. Relax into the feeling that you are the master of your money.



2. PHYSICAL and ENERGETIC ROUTINE

Stretch like a cat waking up! The first movement is to naturally stretch your
body and do a little Yoga routine. Breathe deeply into your body and mind,
allowing the oxygen to calm your mental chatter. Relax into this amazing
manifesting vehicle that you live in.

Next, stand up and jump up and down physically and emotionally let yourself
get outrageously EXCITED about life! Jump as high as you can with your arms
extending up out into the air, and leap off the ground as many times as you can
yelling, IM EXCITED! IM EXCITED! IM EXCITED! WHOO-HOO!!! Get
excited about your greatest dreams and desires having just been manifested!!

Go exercise your body vigorously for 20 minutes for 6 days a week. Morning
time is best to get your manifesting engines started. Practice Dream Dialoging
with a friend while you exercise! At least 3 times a week go for a Power Walk by
yourself or preferably with a friend talking out loud about how your greatest
desires just magically came true!!




3. SPIRITUAL and MEDITATION ROUTINE

After exercising, sit down in silence. Sit still for at least 20 minutes bathing in
pure stillness, silence and inner relaxation. When the mind wanders gently bring
it back to the present moment and practice consciously Being With What Is.

If you have trouble quieting the mind chatter, practice the Magic Body Mantra
before you sit. Tell your head three times to, Quiet Mind, then say to your heart
three times, Open Heart, then say to your belly, sex center and root Relaxed
Being three times. Repeat mantra if necessary until body becomes centered.

Be outrageously loving and appreciative towards everyone in your world.

See every challenging experience throughout your day as an invitation to
deepen your connection and exploration to your spiritual journey.



4. SOCIAL and INSPIRATIONAL ROUTINE

Listen to or read inspirational material for at least for five minutes a day, six
days a week.

Make time for your life to enjoy yourself everyday in whatever ways you want.
The life you have right now is to be loved and celebrated!

As best you can every week; spend 1/3 of your time alone, 1/3 intimately with
one other person, and 1/3 with a group of 2 or more.

Start a Dream Dialoging manifesting team and have weekly meetings! This is a
creative supportive group of manifestors around you who you feel you can share
your life openly and honestly.



5. EMOTIONAL and SENSUAL ROUTINE

Give yourself ample time/space to welcome the experience of EACH emotion
and experience that arises throughout your day.

Be a sensually alive being! Give yourself permission to be an erotically, alive,
sexual being EVERYDAY. Let yourself become more sensual and sensitive to
this divine existence.

Give and receive at least 3 hugs everyday. Give yourself permission to be in
more physical contact with each human being that you meet. Give a hug rather
than shake hands with everyone.



6. POWER FOODS and EATING ROUTINE

Eat a 70-100% raw food diet (did it grow?) for 6 days a week. Stick to organic
and all natural foods. Choose foods which make you feel more energy and
aliveness when you imagine eating it.

Eat slowly, chomping each bite of food completely (around 17 times) to help
digestion and increase energy. Breathe and taste your foodenjoy it!




7. DETOXIFICATION and PURIFICATION ROUTINE

Eliminate ALL toxic substances from your life! Say NO to alcohol, nicotine,
caffeine, drugs etc. Free yourself from all the negative things and thoughts about
yourself and your life.

Drink lots of fresh purified water every day to keep your system running clean.

Stop eating food for 36 hours and do a vegetable juice and/or fruit juice fast. It
will help you think more clearly. Do it at least 3 to 4 times every year!



8. SLEEPING and DREAMING ROUTINE

Go to bed early so you can get up early... and jump on your life! It is preferable
to go to sleep before 10:30 pm, and rise before 7 am. Close everyday with what
you are thankful for in your life. Acknowledge the powerfully magical manifesting
being you truly are!

During the last 4 minutes before you fall asleep, set the intention to wake up in
the morning well-rested, 100% healed, and excited to manifest! Imagine having
even more fun tomorrow morning, visualizing yourself doing your morning
manifesting routine!

Practice remembering your dreams, writing them down, and controlling them.
Lucid dream your ideal fantasy life every night before you go to sleep. We highly
recommend that you post your 3-5 goals from your Manifesting Agenda by your
bedside and keep the short version of the manifesting routine easily accessible.

MY MANIFESTNG AGENDA
(what Im jumping up and down about)

Write down 3-5 statements in the past tense as if theyve already happened. About what
you want manifested in your life in the next 30 days. Post this on your wall by your bed and
read it EVERY morning!

I have PLENTY of money!! I went out last night and had the most amazing realization. I
felt so connected, that everything was as it should be! Everything is flowing easily my way!
I am abundant. I am creating more income than ever before!

MY MORNING MANIFESTING ROUTINE
(Im committed to this 6 days week! )


1. First 4 minutes focus on your goals manifesting.
2. Say YES (at least 10 times) direct it towards your day, 3-5 goals, and your Life.
3. Jump up and down yelling "I'm Excited!!" (15 seconds)
4. Exercise Body (20 minutes)
5. Meditation: Quieting the mind, Open Heart, Relax into Being (20 minutes)
6. Go on a Power Scripting Walk during the day (or morning) and practice talking out
loud about your goals manifesting! Talk about them as if they already happened!
(15 minutes everyday)
7. Let love in whenever in fear. Give and receive at least 3 hugs everyday.
8. Take action on what inspires, feels expansive and excites you!
