IONA Senior Services Washington, DC www.iona.org Executive Director 2007- 2010 Responsible for leading and reenergizing 30-year old senior social service agency serving Northwest Washington, DC. Led organization through strategic redevelopment of its program focus, service delivery, image and financial sustainability. Capital Hospice Falls Church, VA (now operating as Capital Caring) www.capitalcaring.org President, Capital Hospice Foundation/VP Development 2003-2007 Served as one of four vice-presidents on organizations Executive Team, led development department raising $9 million in annual unrestricted funds to support Capital Hospice programs and services. Member of the Executive Team providing overall leadership to the organizations 527 employees and strategic oversight and accountability for its $43 million budget. Achieved 22% fund raising growth over 3 years during executive leadership transition and organizational restructuring.
