Incident: DWI/Child Endangerment I.R. #: 2013-25608 Date: October 21, 2013@8:38PM Location: Mt. Kemble Ave. Summary of Incident:
On Monday, October 21, 2013 Morris County Communications notified patrols of a possible drunk driver traveling on Mt. Kemble Ave. Sgt. Martin Tessmer located a 2014 Nissan Verano traveling 20mph in a 40mph zone in an erratic manner. Upon stopping the vehicle he came in contact with the driver, Rene Williams of Harding Twp. and her 11 year old son who was seated in the front passenger seat. It was quickly determined that the driver was intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. The child was turned over to a neighbors care while the driver was transported to HQ for processing. With a BAC of .20%, Mrs. Williams was charged with DWI, Impeding the Flow of Traffic, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. She was released pending a future court date.

Incident: Possession of CDS I.R. #: 2013-25876 Date: October 25, 2013@12:18AM Location: Cedar St. Summary of Incident:
On Friday, October 25, 2013 Ptl. Justin Crowell was on general patrol in the Collinsville neighborhood when he came across an occupied vehicle parked on the side of the road. As he encountered the occupants he immediately noticed the distinct odor of burnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle. The occupants were removed from the vehicle and a bag a suspected marijuana was observed laying in the passenger compartment. The driver of the vehicle, Lamar Payne of Randolph was charged with Possession of CDS, processed at Police HQ, and released pending a date in Municipal Court

Incident: Motor Vehicle Collision/DWI I.R. #: 2013-25956 Date: October 25, 2013@19:54 Location: Western Ave. Summary of Incident:
On Friday, October 25, 2013 Ptl. Clay Boeninghaus responded to Western Ave. on a reported motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, he found a Honda, operated by Margot Risberg had struck a parked car. Closer investigation determined that Ms. Risberg was operating her vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken to Police HQ and processed. Before being released she was charged with DWI and Reckless Driving.

Incident: DWI I.R. #: 2013-25979 Date: October 26,2013@01:10AM Location: W. Hanover Ave. Summary of Incident: On Saturday, October 26, 2013 Ptl. Matthew Flynn stopped a white BMW for a speeding violation of 60mph in a 30mph zone. Upon making a motor vehicle stop Ptl. Flynn encountered Ingrida Taraliene of Randolph. After the driver performed several roadside sobriety tests it was determined that she was operating her vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken to Police HQ where she was charged with DWI, Reckless Driving, Failure to keep Right, and Failure to Maintain a Lane. She was released pending a future date in Municipal Court. Suspect/Defendant: Name: Taraliene, Ingrida SEX: F Age: 46 Town: Randolph, NJ Incident: DWI I.R. #: 2013-26045 Date: October 28,2013@02:15AM Location: South St. Summary of Incident: On Monday, October 28, 2013 Ptl. Clay Boeninghaus stopped a Jeep operated without headlights. Upon making a motor vehicle stop Ptl. Boeninghaus encountered the driver, Natalia Szlachta of Morristown. It was determined that she was operating her vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken to Police HQ where she was processed, and charged with DWI, Refusal to Submit Breath Samples, and the Headlight violation. She was released pending a future date in Municipal Court.
