1240 1614 1620 1727 1818 1837 Found: Samsung cell phone black Assisted another Police Agency with background checks on 5 individuals Assisted a Government Agency with background checks on 9 individuals Received a report of the light at Market St. and Cherry St. not working properly. The NYS DOT was notified. Patrol dispatched to Leroy St. for a fire alarm activation. Cortney Sturgeon(23) Potsdam, was issued a Criminal Summons for Harassment 2 nd. On 10/14/2013 patrols responded to a report of the defendant calling and threatening another person and then showing up at this persons workplace to continue the confrontation. Patrols were able to defuse the situation and paperwork was submitted to the court for the harassment charge. The defendant is to appear of November 1, 2013 in Village Court. Received complaint of possible fraud. Patrol responded. Patrol completed traffic stop on Munson Street. Matthew A. Brouse, (26) of Potsdam, N.Y. was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for Fail to Stop for Stop Sign and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating fail to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Larnard St. and Market St. Patrol completed traffic stop on Maple Street. A verbal warning was issued. Patrol completed traffic stop on Pine Street. A verbal warning was issued. Patrol completed traffic stop on Market Street. A verbal warning was issued. Patrol responded for report of reckless driver on Outer Maple Street. Patrol completed traffic stop on Main Street. A verbal warning was issued.
