I have done my final project which deals about the efficiency of working capital management of K.K.R group of companies, okkal. The main objectives of the study are to predict future working capital requirements, to know liquidity position, and ways and means of financial working capital of the company. From the study I knew the current ratio of the firm showing decreasing trend during 2007-2011 and liquidity position is not satisfactory of the firm. I suggested that the company should try to improve the current ratio which should be proportionate to the ideal ratio 2:1 either by reducing the current liabilities or by increasing current assets and also the company should maintain quick ratio to the ideal ratio 1:1. I have done my mini project which deals about the job satisfaction of employees in Skol Breweries Ltd, chalakkudy. There are 200 employees from them I surveyed 100 people as samples and their opinion. From the survey I knew the employees are satisfied with the companys all level process and provision allowing the benefits.
