Mr. Indravadan A. Modi, B.Sc. (Tech) is a Founder Director of the erstwhile Indian Pharmaceutical major CADILA, restructured as Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd, since June 1995.

Presently, he is Chairman of Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Chairman of Casil Health Products Ltd., Chairman of Karnavati Engineering Ltd., Chairman of Indian Research Manifestation Laboratories (P) Ltd. (IRM Labs), Director of Green Channel Travel Services, Director of IRM Investments Pvt.Ltd. and Trustee of IRM Trust.

Dr. Rajiv I. Modi, Chairman and Managing Director, Cadila Pharmaceuticals is a Ph.D. in Biological Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He is M.Sc. in Biochemical Engineering from University College, London and B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, India. Dr. Modi joined the Board of Directors of Cadila Laboratories in 1991; restructured in 1995 and re-christened as Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited (CPL). At present, Dr. Modi is Chairman and Managing Director of Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Chairman of Casil Industries Limited (CIL), Karnavati Engineering Limited (KEL), CPL Biologicals Private Limited (CPLB) and IRM Limited (IRM). He is also a Director on the board of other Cadila Pharmaceuticals Group Companies.
