4.0 Definitions Calibration: A set of operation which establishes under specific conditions, the relationship between values indicated by a measuring instrument or measuring system & the corresponding standard or known values desired from the standard. Accuracy: The closeness of the agreement between the result of a measurement and the true value of the measured, or accepted, reference. 5.0 Procedure 5.1 Information, Supplies and Equipment 5.1.1 Information About the equipment and location of the equipment 5.1.2 Supplies Standard calibrating solution, Calibrated weights, certified thermometer 5.1.3 Equipment pH Meter, Weighing balance, Water Bath, Conductivity Meter, Karl Fischer Tritator,Polarimeter,DT appratus,Incubators,(Refer: Master Calibration list) 5.2 Frequency As given in the attachment AV-CAL-ACH-01, Master List of Equipment for Calibration. 5.3 Step-by-Step Instructions Criteria for Selection of Equipments for Calibration: Which affects the product Quality? Which affects the process results? Which cause the safety Issue in the plant?
