Visiongain: Could you outline your background and role with Optosecurity Inc.? Mr Eric Bergeron: I am the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Optosecurity Inc. and I have more than 20 years of management experience in high-tech industries, including business development, sales, technology and finance. Prior to starting Optosecurity in 2003, I worked for Venture Capital fund Innovatech Quebec, as well as for US-headquartered Invertix Corporation, a leading provider of wireless infrastructure software, as VP and General Manager of its European division in The Netherlands. Before this I was General Manager at ZKS Inc, an encryption software vendor and Director of Strategic Technology Development for Telesystem International Wireless Inc., a global mobile operator.

7.3 The History, Products and Services of Optosecurity Inc.

Visiongain: Could you describe the companys history, business, type of services and products that you provide? Mr Eric Bergeron: Optosecurity Inc. was founded in 2003. We raised about $36 million in Venture Capital and we also received about $15 million in government research funding. So overall we invested about $50 million to get to the point where we are today.
