The body of an adult insect is subdivided into three sections, including a head, a three-segment thorax, and segmented abdomen.

Ordinarily, the thorax bears three pairs of legs and a single or double pair of wings. The vision of most adult insects is specialized through two large compound eyes and multiple simple eyes. Features of an insects mouth parts are used in classifying insects into types. Biting mouth parts, called mandibles, such as the mouth parts found in grasshoppers and beetles, are common among insects. Behind the mandibles are located the maxillae, or lower jaw parts, which serve to direct food into the mouth between the jaws. A labrum above and one below are similar to another animals upper and lower lips. In an insect with a sucking mouth function, the mandibles, maxillae, labrum, and labium are modified in such a way that they constitute a tube through which liquid such as water, blood, or flower nectar can be drawn. In a butterfly or moth, this coiled drinking tube is called the proboscis because of its resemblance, in miniature. to the trunk of an elephant or a very large nose. Composed chiefly of modified maxillae fitted together, the insects proboscis can be flexed and extended to reach nectar deep in a flower. In mosquitoes or aphids, mandibles and maxillae are modified to sharp stylets with which the insect can drill through surfaces like human or vegetable skin membranes to reach juice. In a housefly, the expanding labium forms a spongelike mouth pad that it can use to stamp over the surface of food, sopping up food particles and juices. Insects, the most numerous creatures on our planet, are also the most adaptable. They easily find shelter and protection in small crevices in trees and surface geological formations. Species of insects can evolve quickly because of their rapid reproduction cycle; they live in every climate, some making their homes in the frozen Arctic regions and many others choosing the humid, warm, and nutrient-rich rain forest environment. An active part of the natural food cycle, insects provide nutrition for animals and devour waste products of other life forms.

Paragraph 1 : The body of an adult insect is subdivided into three sections, including a head, a threesegment thorax, and segmented abdomen. Paragraph 2 : Features of an insects mouth parts are used in classifying insects into types. Paragraph 3 : Insects, the most numerous creatures on our planet, are also the most adaptable Main Idea : Paragraph 1 : The sections of adult insects body Paragraph 2 : Types of mouth parts and insects types/ Paragraph 3 : How could Insect adapt The text that I had read entitled the insect The text describe about the insect, their types, and their capability to survive.

It is start with explain adult insect body part. The body of an adult insect is separated into three part, they are a head, a three-segment thorax, and segmented abdomen Then it continue to discuss about kinds of insect based on their mouth's type. there are there main section of insect's mouth, they are Biting mouth parts, called mandibles, maxxilae, labrum, and labium. for some insect (ex : butterfly) the mandibles, maxillae, labrum, and labium are modified in such a way that they constitute a tube. Insects, the most numerous creatures on our planet, are also the most adaptable. In addition to that, extra information mainly talk about . Insects,as the most numerous creatures on our planet, are also the most adaptable Species of insects can evolve quickly because of their rapid reproduction cycle An active part of the natural food cycle, insects provide nutrition for animals and devour waste products of other life forms After reading that I think that the things that been discussed are related to biology field especially for entomology because it was study of insects and their relationship to humans, the environment, and other organisms.

TASK 2 Essay People said that, nuclear is harmful, becuase people had ever used it as a weapon in the war. Nuclear weapon affected, damaged, and destroyed all creatures when it fall down. A nuclear weapon was an explosive device that derives its destructive force from nuclear reactions, either fission or a combination of fission and fusion. but have you ever heard about biological weapon? Biological weapons (BWs) deliver toxins and microorganisms, such as viruses and bacteria, so as to deliberately inflict disease among people, animals, and agriculture. Biological attacks can result in destruction of crops, temporarily discomforting a small community, killing large numbers of people, or other outcomes. Nuclear explosions produce both immediate and delayed destructive effects. Blast, thermal radiation, and prompt ionizing radiation cause significant destruction within seconds or minutes of a nuclear detonation. The delayed effects, such as radioactive fallout and other environmental effects, inflict damage over an extended period ranging from hours to years. Nuclear could destroyed one country in seconds. But biology weapon could inflict diseases after contamined in host. So we could say, that nuclear is more harmful than biology weapon.
