Saved over $500K/year in cost and provided a more robust and reliable environment for the Client Services team. Delivered a major consolidation of 18 regional CRM SQL Server Databases. This consolidated the system that supported over 5,000 associates, onto a single set of servers with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
