On February 25, 2013 (the Petition Date), the

Debtors commenced these cases by filing voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. 2. Pursuant to Sections 1107(a) and 1108 of the

Bankruptcy Code, the Debtors are operating and managing their businesses as debtors in possession. 3. The Debtors cases are being jointly administered.

AEP Administrative Expense Application 4. On November 1, 2013, AEP filed an Application For

Allowance and Immediate Payment of Administrative Expenses (the Application)[Docket No. 770] and a Motion to Shorten Time regarding the Application [Docket No. 771]. 5. On November 4, 2013, the Court entered an Order

approving the Motion to Shorten Time [Docket No. 771]. Accordingly, the Application is scheduled for a hearing on November 7, 2013. Advance Weekly Payments 6. On Friday, November 1, 2013, AEP issued an advance

payment invoice to the Debtors in the amount of $33,802.36 for the first of four equal payments for estimated charges to be incurred from October 30, 2013 to November 30, 2013. On

November 4, 2013, the Debtors paid the first $33,802.36 invoice. 7. Each week, AEP will be issuing to the Debtors the

following advance payment invoices in the amount of $33,802.26: A. November 8, 2013 with a November 12, 2013 due

date (Bank holiday on November 11, 2013); B. date; and C. date. November 22, 2013 with a November 27, 2013 due November 15, 2013 with a November 19, 2013 due
