INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of the problems
My research was on all the companies and households who needs to have this CONTROLLED CIRCUIT FOR AUTO RESET SYSTEM.

Most industrial companies will always have a electrical interruption during their production where most factories runs 24 hours production. Households also will face problems when nobody from the family have electrical knowledge able to handle a situation when the supply trips.

This current tripping is really a huge problem to many parties and all parties will lose their time and man power.

1.2 PROBLEM STATEMENT

Currently man power is needed to solve such problems A lot of time is needed to overcome such problem

1.3 AIM
My aim is to help all companies and households to save their working time and man power.

1.4 OBJECTIVE
To design a project that can save time spent To save extra man power cost who can be used for other purpose

Methodology 2.1 Method

Through the planning, time scheduling, taking reference from the books and internet, our group worked together to achieve an efficient development process. We choose the CONTROLLED CIRCUIT FOR AUTO RESET SYATEM ( CCARS ) methodology for my project. With regular discussion with my supervisor, I ensure that my project is developed on time and within the budget.

TIMER
A timer is a specialized type of clock for measuring time intervals. A timer which counts upwards from zero for measuring elapsed time is often called a stopwatch, a device which counts down from a specified time interval is more usually called a timer. A simple example is an hourglass. Some timers sound an audible indication that the time interval has expired. Time switches, timing mechanisms which activate a switch, are sometimes called "timers".

RELAY
A relay is an electrically operated switch. Many relays use an electromagnet to operate a switching mechanism mechanically, but other operating principles are also used. Relays are used where it is necessary to control a circuit by a low-power signal (with complete electrical isolation between control and controlled circuits), or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal. The first relays were used in long distance telegraph circuits, repeating the signal coming in from one circuit and re-transmitting it to another. Relays were used extensively in telephone exchanges and early computers to perform logical operations.

4. CONCLUSION
We have come to the final of this project. It have been indeed an incredible experience for us and we have that what we have learned lot from the project at broadened our outlook on industrial life. Through the duration of this project, we faced many difficulties and problem but yet we managed to complete the project in time. Finally not be least, we are proud to say that we have solved unexpected displayed of unity, compromising among fellow members of the team, it had taught us the importance of being patient and relationship and opinion among group and members like sharing idea. To ensure every members of the team contributes to the project, we always distribute the tasks evenly among the group members. In this way, we can cultivate the habits of unselfishness and work and idea sharing among members. Finally, it our sincere wish that our journey still has to continue to using knowledge which they gain from our project.

THE FUNCTION OF THIS PROJECT AND HOW IT WORKS

The auto reset panel shall automatically restore the power supply after a fixed time delay from a tripping. In the event of true earth leakage fault in the system, the panel shall lockout after preset number of trippings/resets occurs within a specified time period, in which human intervention is required to find the leakage fault before manually resetting the system.

The System Reset setting automatically switches the screen to that of the function set in Function Priority when no operations are in progress, or when an interrupted job is cleared. This setting determines the system reset interval.

3.4 KASUGA EARTH LEAKAGE RELAY

KASUGA EARTH LEAKAGE RELAYS EM SERIES

MANUAL TEST BUTTON IS PROVIDED TO CHECK THE RELAY OPERATION. BUILD IN DELAY TIMER WITH 7 SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENTS RANGE FROM 0 TO 0.5SECONDS. ADJUSTABLE TIME INPUT SETTING FROM 0.03 TO 3AMPS. CAN BE EASILY INSTALLED ON SYMMETRICAL DIN RAILS OR FLUSH OR PANEL MOUTED. A RED LED IS PROVIDED TO INDICATE THE STATUS OF THE RELAY. SPECIALLY MADE TRANSPARENT PLASTIC COVER FOR SEALING OF THE SETTING KNOB.

RECOMMENDATION

For further enhancement, this project will be and can be made much more neat and good. This product is very suitable to be used for all households and also factories whose are running or need any electrical appliances to run for 24 hours nonstop. This could save man power as well as time which both are very important to companies also its a good purpose so that we can move forward rather than doing it in old ways.
