HOW TO ENTER

General Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES

OF WINNING. There are no entry fees, no subsidy payments and no purchases of
any kind required to enter and win the contest.

To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all Om-Times readers, the following
are the official rules for all contests on Humanity Healing Network and Om-Times
Magazine websites.

Eligibility:

The contest is open to all members of Humanity Healing Network and Om-Times
magazine (community social sites), of age of majority. Identification must be
produced on request. Volunteers and Managers of both networks, its contest
sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and
associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom
such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

Contest open to all members of the Community Social Networks only.

The contest is open to all Poets, Musicians, Photographers and Artists published or
not, and regardless of experience. All the creative material submitted to the Om-
Times Art seasonal contest must be original and submitted by the copyright owner.
There will be a 24-hour turnaround time before any material submitted be available
for rating in the contest as material are subject to editorial and copyright check to
determine compliance with the general rules of this contest , Common Agreement.
All users are bound by the site Terms of Use.

To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of

the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries will not become the
property of Om Times magazine or Humanity Healing Network. Om-Times
Magazine is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entrants must
send entries using the correct contest entry email address, subject line, and any other
specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. Entries received
by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.

Prizes:

All winners will have their names displayed in a Special Edition Multimedia
Publication from Om-Times Publishing House, along with all Humanity Healing
Network Community websites; The winners will be featured in different
promotional pages inside of the Monthly editions of Om-Times Magazine and will
also be promoted by all the media support from the networks.

1. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Only one entry per email address used to send the email will be considered for
contest entry, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest posting.
Unless otherwise specified in an individual contest post, no person may enter any
contest more than once using multiple email addresses.

Winners of all contests will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to enter
the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email
will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply
email as the winner. Om-Times Magazine will mail the contest winners
announcement to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement
email

1. Submission of photo, text, music or other content for Contests

Entries selected for display and to win “best of” contests and any other
contests requiring photo, text or other content from the entrants will be
judged entirely at the discretion of the panel of Judges appointed by Om-
Times Magazine.

2. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

Entries are judged on the basis of originality, creative imagination, characterization,

artistic quality and adherence to the line limits. In the event of a tie, the panel will
determine the winners.

By submitting any photo, artwork, music or information to Humanity Healing

Network and its affiliated Om-Times Magazine, you hereby grant to Om-Times
Magazine Media and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable,
perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare
derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo
or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter
created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the
rights granted to Om-Times includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop,
censor, compress, edit, feature, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted
photo;

By submitting any photo or information to Om-Times Magazine Seasonal Contest,

you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not
and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any
person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and
all rights and licenses granted to Om-Times Seasonal Art contest herein, including
but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims
or encumbrances;

1. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional
compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph
and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in
any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio
broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film
releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data
storage) which Om-Times may deem appropriate.

Rights:

The ownership and copyright of all Creative material submitted to Om-Times

Magazine or Humanity Healing Network contests remains the property of the
Artists. The Artist grants to OM-Times, Humanity Healing Network and their
parent company, HHN, LLC; a copyright release and the right to use said work in
their publications solely in exchange for attribution and exposure. By submitting
Creative music, Poetry, Photography and art work for this contest, the Artist agrees
to have his work posted on the website and in our Multimedia Contest Presentation.
Om-Times also reserves the right to remove any piece of creative work from the
contest for any reason.

You acknowledge and agree that Om Times Magazine Seasonal Contest shall have
no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or
information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion,
remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to Om-
Times at the time of the contest;

1. In accepting the prize, the winners, and any guest(s), acknowledges

that Humanity Healing Network and Om-Times Magazine may not be
held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting
or using this prize(s).

By submitting any photo or information to Om-Times Magazine Seasonal Art

contest, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect
to any such photo, artwork, music, poetry or information submitted by you to Om-
Times Publication.
You hereby agree to hold Om-Times Magazine and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any
right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in,
publication via or display on Om-Times Magazine site, or any other use authorized
sites under these Terms, of any photo or information submitted to Om-Times
Magazine by you;

Photos or information submitted by you to the Site shall be the property of Om-
Times Magazine, and Om-Times Magazine shall have no obligation to preserve,
return or otherwise make available to you or others any photos or information so
submitted. All the entries will be exclusively by electronic means.

Neither Humanity Healing Network nor Om-Times Magazine, or any of Om-Times

Magazine sponsors, nor managers of Om-Times Magazine or sponsors may be held
liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a
result of actions of any winners of prizes.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Om-

Times Magazine may substitute the thematic category in which the entries: Poems,
Photograph, art work and Music may be displayed at it’s solely discretion.

1. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as
prepared and accepted by Om-Times Magazine acknowledging their
acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.

Management, volunteers and families of Om-Times magazine, Humanity Healing

Foundation and its affiliated sites are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded
by Om-Times Magazine Seasonal Art Contest, and it reserves the right to alter any
