Special Issue on Renewable Energy from Biomass


Call for Papers
Renewable energy is receiving increasing public and scientic attention, driven by factors such as uncertainties related to oil price, greenhouse gas emission, and the need for increased energy security and diversity. Bioenergy is the most signicant renewable energy source used in the world today. Countries in dierent parts of the world have become more aware of the biomass potential they possess and the ways in which it can be used to satisfy modern energy needs and promote development. We are interested in current status and advancement of technologies for conversion of biomass into renewable energy and encourage authors to submit research papers and review articles that could further impact on energy production. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
