Welcome to the information training on AIB Banking Online Facilities

Summary of training requirements All trainees referred from AIB branch are to receive one hour of specific training in how to use AIB banking online facilities through the AIB demonstration video on the website. The trainer must also introduce the AIB card reader to ensure the trainee becomes visually familiar with this device which is used for certain AIB phone and Internet banking transactions.

Training Checklist 1) Class size no more than 10 people 2) There must be a computer or laptop/notebook/touch screen device per trainee 3) Each trainee to receive not less than 1 hour assisted tuition in total 3) Trainee completes a trainee enrolment form 4) On completion of the 1 hour training the trainee completes a short feedback form 5) The trainee may be offered an extra 8 hour training course through the Benefit4 training if the meet the criteria of same
