1 litre milk 1 can sweetened condensed milk 30 almonds blanched 6 tsps whole pumpkin/sunflower seeds (unsalted) 1 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 3 tsps rose water (optional) Crushed ice Rose petals to garnish
To be ground into a fine powder 1/4 cup almonds (badam) 2 tbsp popp/ seeds (khus0khus) .asa kasaa 2 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf) perun1eeragam or sombu 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder 20 white peppercorns ,ethod
Preparation:
rind the almonds! sunflower/pumpkin seeds! cardamom powder and rose water into a fine paste in a food processor" #dd the milk! condensed milk and crushed ice to the paste and blend well" $train the drink through a fine sei%e or muslin and ser%e in glasses! granished with rose petals"
Boil the milk and allow it to cool completely. Keep aside. Add the ground powder and mi well. !efrigerate the mi ture for " to 4 hours. #train the mi ture through a sie$e% add the sugar% peppercorns and saffron and mi well. Serve chilled.

Aam *anna is a delicious drink made of (reen )angoes. -his is mostly a seasonal drink but you can also get this at many departmental stores in bottles throughout the year. &ow to make Aam *anna or (reen )ango +rink. BADAM Milk
Ingredients:
/rush the rose petals with mortar and pestle and place them in a large bowl. Add the boiling water% then pour the mi ture to a metal container and add cardamom seeds. set aside for 4 hours or o$ernight. *our the rose'cardamom water through a muslin lined strainer set o$er a bowl. Add the sugar% and float the bowl o$er a hot water filled sink until the sugar dissol$es. !emo$e from the hot water and filter it again. /ool it to room temperature. /ombine all the ingredients in a pitcher and stir well. #er$e in a glass half filled with crushed ice.

Preparation:
(rind the almonds and pistachios to a smooth paste in your food processor. Add a little milk to do this. A lot of people like to remo$e the skin from the almonds before grinding them. , don5t do this as the skin contains many nutrients. 2ou can do it if you wish% by soaking the almonds in hot water for 6 minutes. 7hen soaked% press the
