Zona software, you express the consent to the terms of this license agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) with an end user (hereinafter the User) and shall comply with them. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement you are to a ort the installation and delete any and all Zona files from your computer. !he Zona software pro"ides users with ser"ices to search, upload and watch "ideo files in the Internet. !he software pro"ides the User with direct lin#s to torrent and "ideo files if they are found ased on the User search terms as the search outcome. !he Zona software is a"aila le for legally capa le persons who are at least $% years old, as well as emancipated persons. &estiny 'edia (() grants the User a personal, limited, non*exclusi"e, non*transfera le, freely re"oca le license to use the Zona software in order to search and watch "ideo content in the Internet. !he Zona software pro"ides to search and watch information and files at any sites in the Internet. !he software de"eloper does not control o"er and cannot e responsi le for the information posted y the Internet users. !he Zona software and its architecture do not contain technical solutions to censor or control o"er the legality of posting files found y the Zona software. Before watching any content found y the Zona software, the User should ma#e sure that his+her actions do not "iolate the legally protected rights and interests of the third parties. !he Zona software owner is only responsi le for the information, files and content hosted on the Zona software ser"ers. All intellectual property rights concerning the Zona software elong to &estiny 'edia (() that is the de"eloper and owner of the Zona software. !he Users do not ha"e any rights to dispose the Zona software (lease, sell, spread, or dispose in any other way). Users are not allowed to change ac#ward, re"erse compile, or otherwise attempt to disco"er the Zona software source code or any part of it. ,or the est performance, as well as for more effecti"e content spreading, the Zona software may transfer the content from the User-s computer to the other Zona software Users, who are currently searching for the content pre"iously uploaded y the User, while the User is connected to the Internet. By accepting the Agreement, you ac#nowledge and agree to search and upload content as descri ed a o"e and do not mind if the Zona software will send commands to your computer in order to pro"ide your content to the other Users. !he User agrees that the Zona software will use the processor and andwidth of the User-s computer in order to exchange or transfer content from the User to another one in order to facilitate the Zona software. !he User represents and warrants eing the legal owner of the computer on which he+she installs the Zona software. !he User shall delete any and all copies of the Zona software if the User-s legal right to use the computer comes to an end. !he Zona software de"eloper is not responsi le for the .uality of the content found y the Zona software in the Internet. !he User shall chec# content uploaded for malware. !he de"eloper is not responsi le for any damages caused to the User-s property y the content of inade.uate .uality. /ach User under the Agreement shall use the Zona software solely to recei"e or spread legal content not urdened y copyright or other related rights, as well as to recei"e access to the ser"ices pro"ided y &estiny 'edia ((). By accepting the terms of the Agreement the User accepts the pure o ligation not to download, watch, sa"e on tangi le media, spread, or use in any other way any information and files urdened y copyright or other related rights, including posted at free access without the consent of the copyright owner. !he User understands and accepts the fact that the Zona software does not control o"er User-s actions. !he User is personally responsi le for User-s illegal actions concerning "iolations of the 0ussian ,ederation (aw 12n )opyright and 0elated 0ights1, the 0ussian ,ederation )i"il )ode, the 0ussian ,ederation )riminal )ode, as well as the (aw of the country of permanent or temporary User-s residence. !he content found on the Internet with the Zona software is intended solely for personal noncommercial use. !o use the content in any commercial purposes is not allowed. !he Zona software de"eloper may, at its sole discretion, without gi"ing any reason, without fine collection, cease to pro"ide access to the Zona software ser"ices or any part of it with or without notice. By agreeing to the terms of the Agreement, the User accepts and is aware that he+she is solely responsi le for any of his+her intentional or unintentional illegal actions. !he Zona software de"eloper is only responsi le for the .uality of the ser"ices pro"ided and for the content hosted on the Zona software ser"ers. It is clarified for the User and the User understands that according to the legal position of the 0ussian ,ederation 3upreme Ar itration )ourt expressed in the 4residium decree dated 56.$5.577% 8o $79:5+7%, the pro"ider is not responsi le for the information transmitted, unless the pro"ider initiates its transmission, selects the information recipient or affects the information integrity.
