iCIMS Updates
All Resource Requestors (RRs) will be required to select from the Job Title field the appropriate title for the position upon opening an RR. It is a mandatory field. RRs will now be able to align each new position with the new Career Architecture in preparation for the SAP implementation. Hiring Managers will need to update existing open RRs with new mandatory Job Title field, prior to closing RR. Please work with your GRM team to be able to access your RRs to make these changes.
