We are senior students of the Cambodian Mekong University, majoring Management. In

order to complete our bachelor degree, we are required to do a research. For this purpose, we
decided to choose the project entitled The Capacity building program prepare fresh
graduate for employment. We do hope that this research would benefit the learners,
