APPLICATION: Administrative closure

This case is before the Board pursuant to a June 24, 2013, order of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit which remanded the case to the Board to provide the parties an opportunity to seek administrative closure. The parties, on remand, have submitted a joint motion to administratively close these proceedings in the exercise of the Department of Homeland Security's prosecutorial discretion. The motion will be granted, and the proceedings

administratively closed. 1

If either party to this case wishes to reinstate the proceedings, a written request to reinstate the proceedings may be made to the Board. The Board will take no further action in the case
unless a request is received from one of the parties. The request must be submitted directly to

the Clerk's Office, without fee, but with certification of service on the opposing party. Accordingly, the following order will be entered. ORDER: The proceedings before the Board of hnmigration Appeals administratively closed.
