I come from Portugal and I am at TU Delft doing my Master Thesis in order to obtain the degree of Master in Environmental Engineering from Faculty of Engineering of University of Porto (Portugal). I am working at the Sanitary Engineering section of Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences on Specific Methanogenic Activity and Phosphatase Activity of an anaerobic reactor used to treat the sludge resulting from marine Recirculation Aquaculture Systems. My research is supported by the project Emission Minimization of Marine Aquaculture Recirculation Systems (EM-MARES) carried out by PhD researcher Xuedong Zhang who is my daily supervisor. I am also being supervised by professor Mark van Loodsrecht and Dr. Ir. Henri Spanjers.
