How big are the tables? The table sizes vary a little, but most are 8 or longer. How many chairs will there be? Each exhibit area will come with 2 chairs. Let us know if you need more! What times will we have potential customers? 7:00 am - 8:00 am. 10:00 am - 10:30 am. 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm. Take down needs to start at 1:30 and be completed by 3:30 pm.
I have a unique set-up and I dont need tables, what do I do? Please do your best to determine how much space you need. Most exhibit spaces are about 8 wide and just 4 deep. If you need more space visit with Lisa Roland. We encourage fun displays!
Can I set up on both days? Yes! We just like a heads up on how many volunteers to recruit. Please make sure your set up is completed by each ending time: Friday, March 7: 3:00- 4:45 pm Saturday, March 8: 6:45 - 7:15 am Where do we enter for set-up? How will door prizes work? I absolutely need an electrical outlet! How can I confirm? Exhibit locations are not 100% set till Friday March 7. Three tips: 1. Register early! 2. Set-up on Friday 3. Bring and extension cord and a multi-outlet surge protector What is your cancellation policy? We ask that you let us know as soon is posible if you cannot make it. We are sorry, but there are no refunds.

The full color registration brochure is mailed out to over 1300 providers in five counties (Butler, Cowley, Harvey, Sedgwick, Sumner). See charts for space and size. Camera ready ads are due by December 1, 2013. Save money as a vendor! Preferred advertising file types: JPEG, GIF, PSD, AI, INDD. Please make to size purchased.
