ErrorID STARTER AP01475440, AP01521344 AP01330350 AP01421109 Short description In STARTER offline projects the setting of PROFIdrive telegram 220 is wrong and incomplete. The links in STARTER help that should open the function plans are not working. The PROFIBUS address (p918) of a STARTER offline project is not transferred to the drive when the project is downloaded. Current situation The setting of PROFIdrive telegram 220 was fixed in drive software but not in STARTER. The links open a page on a website but do not show function plans directly. After changing p918 to a new value in a STARTER offline project, the user goes online still using default PROFIBUS address 126 in STARTER and drive. When the project is downloaded, the parametrization in drive and STARTER project are inconsistent. Without horizontal scrollbar the user cannot access all the information in the mask. The hardware catalog for Simotion SCOUT does not contain the PROFIdrive telegrams 3 and 4 on PROFINET. In STARTER these telegrams are supported. Workaround option The user has to download the offline project and upload it again to get the settings fixed in STARTER. The function plans can be found in list manual V1.4. The PROFIBUS address in drive in p918 can be changed using BOP20 or AOP30. from version STARTER V4.3.2

The horizontal scrollbar is missing in the wizard mask drive - additional data in special conditions. In Simotion SCOUT PROFIdrive telegrams 3 and 4 cannot be selected directly on PROFINET.

If this problem occurs restart the wizard. The user must fix the settings manually for telegrams 3 and 4 on PROFINET in Simotion SCOUT. After the power supply of TM150 is interrupted and a fault is shown, restart the whole SINAMICS DCM including TM150. Use data set DS47 in Ethernet/IP with only 1 parameter. Do not take the MMC card from one SINAMICS DCM to another if you use know how protection in combination with copy protection.

If the power supply (24V) of the terminal module TM150 is interrupted, the communication between TM150 and DCM can't be recovered after reconnection. Data set DS47 in Ethernet/IP supports reading of 1 parameter only, but not 2 or more. Activating copy protection via p7769 and p7759 in combination with know how protection leads to a system crash if the MMC card is taken from one SINAMICS DCM to another. Using "Load to file system" in combination with activated know how protection leads to a system crash after restoring the output files. If PROFIdrive telegrams 3 or 4 are used, F60031 is shown shortly after running the motor.

Data set DS47 in Ethernet/IP supports writing of several parameters but only 1 can be read.

Using "Load to file system" in combination with activated know how protection will generate corrupted output files on the MMC card. Although the speed setpoint in parameter p50621 is connected, the standard setpoint channel is not calculated as well as r52174. Users must be informed to be careful with setting p50269 to 0 or 1 because this can damage the system under certain circumstances.

There is no workaround available.

Disable the setpoint / actual speed monitoring by deactivating F60031 or setting the threshold p50388 to 200%. Keep the information of this list entry in mind.
