Pittman by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury. "NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to provide specimens and samples pursuant to Penal Code section 296. Willful refusal to provide the specimens and samples is a crime." It is further alleged as to count(s) 1 , pursuant to subdivision (d)(1) of Section 707 of the Welfare and Institutions code, that the Ricky Legardy was a minor who was at least 16 years of age the time of the commission of the above offense(s). It is further alleged as to count(s) 1, 2 that in the commission of the above offense the said defendant(s) Ricky Legardy personally inflicted great bodily injury upon C. Pittman, not an accomplice to the above offense, within the meaning of Penal Code Sections 1203.075(a) and 12022.7.

It is further alleged as to count(s) 1, 2 that in the commission of the above offense the said defendant(s) Thomas Lee Brooks personally inflicted great bodily injury upon C. Pittman, not an accomplice to the above offense, within the meaning of Penal Code Sections 1203.075(a) and 12022.7. It is further alleged that pursuant to Penal Code section 1170(h)(3) defendant(s) Ricky Legardy is eligible for imprisonment in the state prison due to: the current charge is a serious or violent felony; defendant(s) Ricky Legardy has a prior serious or violent felony conviction; defendant(s) Ricky Legardy has been convicted of a crime with a Penal Code section 186.11 enhancement; the crime is not punishable pursuant to Penal Code section 1170(h)(3). It is further alleged that pursuant to Penal Code section 1170(h)(3) defendant(s) Thomas Lee Brooks is eligible for imprisonment in the state prison due to: the current charge is a serious or violent felony; defendant(s) Thomas Lee Brooks has a prior serious or violent felony conviction; defendant(s) Thomas Lee Brooks has been convicted of a crime with a Penal Code section 186.11 enhancement; the crime is not punishable pursuant to Penal Code section 1170(h)(3). ***** COUNT 2 On or about November 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ATTEMPTED SECOND DEGREE ROBBERY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 664/211, a felony, was committed by Ricky Legardy and Thomas Lee Brooks, who did unlawfully, and by means of force and fear take personal property from the person, possession, and immediate presence of C. Pittman . "NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 1192.7(c) and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5(c)." It is further alleged as to count(s) 1, 2 that in the commission of the above offense the said defendant(s) Ricky Legardy personally inflicted great bodily injury upon C. Pittman, not an accomplice to the above offense, within the meaning of Penal Code Sections 1203.075(a) and 12022.7.
