issueu on 0ctobei 4, 2uuS by the 0niteu States Patent anu Tiauemaik 0ffice, a copy of
which is attacheu heieto as Pleauing Exhibit 1. Such iight, title, anu inteiest incluue,
without limitation, the iight to sue anu ieceive uamages foi past, piesent, anu futuie patent
infiingement.
7. 0ffice Bepot sells a uocument case that infiinges upon the 'S89 Besign Patent
unuei the oiuinaiy obseivei test. 0nuei this test, an accuseu uesign infiinges upon a
patenteu uesign if, in the eye of an oiuinaiy obseivei, giving such attention as a puichasei
usually gives, two uesigns aie substantially the same in that the iesemblance is such as to
ueceive such an obseivei, inuucing him to puichase one supposing it to be the othei. The
