    In the below court document, US District Judge Jennifer A. Dorsey orders Neumont University to explain why it is demanding to seal (hide) key financial records, i.e. the full cost of its attorney fees to Lewis and Roca LLP, regarding Case No.: 2: 12-cv-1395-1AD-PAL which was filed by Neumont in 2012 against CollegeTimes' former web hosting provider, Little Bizzy for alleged business disparagement. Neumont previously asserted that, as part of any potential default judgment ruling, all attorney fees should be "paid" by Little Bizzy (even though hidden) along with $72,000 of "lost" income because of an alleged student who decided not to attend Neumont after reading negative student reviews hosted on the CollegeTimes website. By hiding their attorney fees, it may be assumed that Neumont has already spent over $72,000 on the lawsuit itself, lending credibility to CollegeTimes claims that the for-profit school is simply abusing the US legal system as a means to harass their critics. Neumont University has fought hard to minimize the publicity surrounding the case, including pressuring Yahoo News and PRWeb to delete a press release recently distributed by Little Bizzy regarding the case, after being exposed by CollegeTimes for having threatened, slandered, and later stalked, Little Bizzy founder Jesse Nickles. The school has also been accused of threatening former Neumont University students Jason Aquino and Ryan Elkins for speaking out about their experiences.
