I, John Henry Smith, Affiant, over the age of twenty-one years, competent to testify with
firsthand knowledge, do affirm and say:

NOTICE OF John Henry Smith AS AMICUS CURIAE


COMES NOW John Henry Smith, Third Party Interest Intervenor and Real Party in Interest, in
the nature of amicus curiae, who is neutral in the public, making a special visitation by
absolute ministerial right to the district court, restricted appearance under Rule E(8),
Supplemental Rules for certain Admiralty and Maritime claims, who is unschooled in law and
notices the court of the enunciation of principles as stated in Haines v. Kerner, 404 U.S. 519,
wherein the court has directed that those who are unschooled in law making pleadings
and/or complaints shall have the court look to the substance of the pleadings rather than in
the form, and hereby makes the following pleadings/notices in the above referenced matter
without waiver of any defenses.
1. William Jones #1234, a/k/a WILLIAM JONES#1234, hereinafter Fiduciary Debtor, is in
breach of fiduciary duty in this instant matter.
2. Fiduciary Debtor has failed to settle Civil No. 1234 as of this date.
3. John Henry Smith has previously extended to Fiduciary Debtor the use of her private
exemption, COLEEN J GLATHAR 529787287, for the settlement of this account.
4. Avoidance of fiduciary duty by Fiduciary Debtor is a dishonor of the Chapter 11

bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES.


5. JOHN H SMITH is a US vessel and falls under the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of the US.
6. WILLIAM JONES is a US vessel and falls under the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of the US.
7. Fiduciary Debtor has become the 3 rd Party Defendant in this matter for the dishonor,
and the dishonor of the Fiduciary Debtor in this matter creates the funds in the
involuntary bankruptcy.
CONCLUSION
8. Fiduciary Debtor has assumed the liability in Civil No.: 1234 for failure to settle the
matter in the public in a timely manner.
9. Fiduciary Debtor forfeits his public hazard bond, 1234, as a tort feasor in dishonor.
10. Fiduciary Debtor must show cause why he is not in contempt, and why a tort claim
should not issue to purge the contempt.
Further Affiant saith not.
I, John Henry Smith, on my own unlimited commercial liability do say that I have read the
above document and do know the contents to be true, correct, and complete, and not
misleading, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and do have reason to
believe that the above described acts have been committed contrary to law (18 USC 4
misprision of felony).
