Work Experience
Emergency Medical Technician-Basic, Mobile Medical Response, Inc., Saginaw County, MI (October 2012 Present). Provide transport and exceptional care of the medically ill and traumatically injured patients in emergency as well as non-emergency situations. Conduct careful examinations of each patient to identify injury or illness. Assist other medically trained individuals while providing prompt and efficient care, and stabilization of patient conditions for duration of contact. Use basic tools and/or procedures to gain access to patients requiring extrication while controlling the scene to minimize further injuries or danger to myself and others. Communicate with other emergency services and medical controls. Administer pre-hospital care within the limits of current licensure in accordance with approved protocols. Protect confidential information in accordance with HIPPA.
