RESOLUTION 0029-1314

A Resolution Extending the Deadline of Compliance for the Resolution 0018-1314 WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate had passed last June 19, 2013 Resolution 0018-1314 or A Resolution Requiring All Recognized Student Organizations of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan to Create and/or Submit a Copy of Their Organizations Charter to the XU CSG Office of the Vice President. WHEREAS, the deadline for submission of their organizations Charter is on the 16th of November 2013, 5 oclock pm. A hard copy and soft copy must be given to the XU-CSG Office of the Vice President. WHEREFORE, the 20th Directorate would like to extend the deadline of compliance for the Resolution 0018-1314 to give organizations ample time to work with the requirement. WHEREFORE, a new deadline of compliance is set on the 7 th of December 2013, 5 oclock in the afternoon. WHEREAS, non-compliance of the said resolution would mean negligence of duty and insubordination of the organization towards the XU-CSG. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 20th Directorate extends the deadline of compliance for the Resolution 0018-1314 to December 7, 2013; 5 oclock in the afternoon. Done this 15th day of November, 2013 at the Central Student Government Office, 2 nd Floor of the STC Building, Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
