The biggest problem with belt tracking devices is pivot point freeze-up. They work when theyre new, but its not long before the high-maintenance pivot point is covered with material, seized up and useless...and the tracker is tied off to the side of the conveyor. The PT Max Belt Trainer has a unique design and long-wearing components to prevent this problem. The PT Max pivots on a special fullyenclosed, spherical bearing made of surgical stainless steel. It requires no lubrication and is located in a machined recess in the units center frame, providing complete protection from foreign materials. Water Spray Pole System

Improving secondary belt cleaner performance is easy with a water spray pole system that is specially designed for Eliminator Belt Cleaners. Spray nozzles located immediately in front of the cleaner and angled 45 to the belt, direct a high-pressure, low-volume spray that covers the belt surface with jets of water. This helps to dislodge and suspend carryback fines that can become embedded in the belts surface, making cleaning easier and extending cleaner blade life. The system comes complete with spray pole, brackets to mount to the cleaner, and a 10' (3M) hose. The control panel is optional.

Deflector Belt Plows

These specially designed belt cleaners for the tail pulley solve many everyday conveyor problems. Deflector belt plows feature an exclusive, innovative blade design. The blades 20 leading edge spirals debris off the return-side belt surface. Positioned in front of the tail pulley, the belt plow keeps lumps, fines and other debris from getting between the pulley and the belt. The result: reduced belt damage, pulley damage, damage to mechanical splices, and problems with belt tracking.

Flex-Lok Skirt Clamps

An easy and effective solution for loading-point spillage. Flex-Lok installs easily and features a unique interlocking design that allows one person to replace or reposition skirt rubber. All skirt clamp maintenance is safely done from the side of the conveyor. There are no nuts and bolts to work on inside the conveyor chute. Mini Flex-Lok is also available for installation in tight chute configurations or on portable equipment with restricted space.
