Restriction on capital purchase and on new Recruitment of employee. 3. Strict control on Overtime and unwanted expenditure. 4. Employee output must be 100%. 5. Revision in Sales targets and steps to increase sale of Finished goods. Keeping above points in mind, as an employee of this company we should immediately cutdown our general expenses as under:A. 30% reduction in Mbile / Landline bill and courier charges. B. 30% reduction in Vehicle Fuel charges and maintenance cost. (Employee should share the vehicles) C. No purchase of writing pads and reuse of Statioery. D. Switch off the Lights , computers, Fans, ACs, other electrical appliances when not in use. E. Water Leakage, Gas Leakage, Spillage of Raw material, etc must be attended on priority. F. Ensure that no overtime is done as far as possible. G. As HR, the department is responsible for cost cutting not only in HR but in other departments too. Following can be of help for the same :1. Use of recycle paper. 2. Minimisation of print outs. 3. Avoid extenal consultants for recruitment. 4. 1. Ask all employees to switch-off monitors, lights, AC, fans when they are not on their seat and during lunch and snacks breaks. 2. Switch of all lights, AC and fans when, entire bay/bays are empty. conference call/meeting/discussion is over in Conference Room. in the morning when employees are yet to come to the office.
