Key Check Item RX-TX Power Check:The transmit setting and actual receive signal level should be consistent with the value designed.The difference between the tested receive value and the theoretical value ranges from 3 dBm to +3 System Setting dBm. Frequency setting:The transmit and receive frequency should be consistent with the value designed. The matter that is paint break off and distorted can not appear on antenna.The antenna must be installed in the right height and position and polarization according to the design document or customer's instruction. Antenna Fastness The fixation of antenna and pole are reliable.For the more than 1.2m antenna, the side strut must be installed and fixed position is correct. Antenna identifier:The identifier of each antenna should be labeled with opposite site name or ID. The ODU's and hybrid coupler's appearance are properly.The latches of the ODU and hybrid coupler should tightly engage on the antenna. The screws should be fastened tight. ODU waterproof:The IF connector of ODU should be waterproofed and face ODU Fastness downward. ODU grounding:The ODU grounding cable should be shortest length as possible and attached to the tower body by the cable clamp. Before attached grounding cable, must scrape-off the paint. Type

In general,the IF cable should be grounded to a minimum of three points. When the IF cable is longer than 60 meters, add a grounding point for every extra 50 meters.The place about 1 m away from the ODU and 1 m away from the cable entry are propositional grounding point.All of outdoor connector should be waterproofed. Porthole:IF cable must be uptilted or have Waterproof curve in the entrance IF Distribution of porthole IF redundant:Leave enough slack when connecting cables to the ODU to facilitate future maintenance. The IF cable route and position for the cabling should be designed beforehand and arranged neatly.IF cable turns should be smooth, and the bending radius should be larger than 30 cm. The installation position of IDU accords to the engineering design document.The matter that is paint break off and scratch and smear can not appear on IDU. Otherwise the equipment must be repaint and cleaned. IDU Fastness There must be a space of 1 unit at the top and bottom of the IDU chassis for heat dissipation.If there are multiple IDU,label opposite site name or ID for each one. The cable route of the power cable, ground cable, IF cable and E1 calbe should accord with that defined in the designed document, easy to capacity expansion and maintenance. The power cable, ground cable should be distributed with signal cable separately.The spacing outside the cabinet should be more than 3 cm. Check all the cable should be connected in a correct and reliable way.The connector of cable is clear without any breakage. The connector of making on site should be accorded with the specification, and be connected correct and reliable.No breakage and rupture and intermediate connector is found on the cable. The connection between the jumper and the IF cable should be connected in Cable Distribution a correct and reliable way.If theconnection is at outdoor, waterproof the connection. Indoor cables should be tiled with uniform spacing and moderate tightness. Cable ties should be tied in a tidy way. Their redundant parts should be cut from their bottom after they are tied without any spine. The Power cable should be labeled in DDF,the labels should be stuck at the place 2cm away from their connector.
