than 4:00 PM 6/19/2009, at which time the matter will be deemed submitted. Jury question
discussed and resolved. The jury returns a verdict for the plaintiff. The jury was polled,
thanked and excused. The Court orders partial judgment for the plaintiff to be entered. The
parties stipulate to returning the exhibits to counsel upon conclusion of the bench trial.
