ADDENDUM
Reference: Online Test: Jr. Engineer & Sub Engineer, dated 19-Sep-2013 (A) Candidates should ensure that they possess one of the following before attending Online test as same is to be submitted during the personal interview: Certificate of Secondary School Certificate Examination Board or recognized University showing passing of secondary / school Certificate Examination or Matric or Higher Examination of University with Marathi Language. OR Certificate stating the candidate can read, write and speak Marathi Language fluently issued by Professor of Marathi Language of College / Institute affiliated to recognized University and countersigned by Principle of the College / Institute. (Performa enclosed).

(B) For final select list as Graduate Engineer (Trainee) & Diploma Engineer (Trainee), weightage will be given as follows: (i) (ii) (iii) Online test - 70% BE / Diploma percentage - 15% Interview - 15%

(C) The candidates selected as Graduate Engineer (Trainee) & Diploma Engineer (Trainee) will have to undergo training. On successful Completion of 1 year training they will be appointed as Jr. Engineer & Sub Engineer respectively. During 1 year training the candidate will be given a consolidated stipend of Rs.22000/- p.m. to Graduate Engineer (Trainee) & Rs.18000/- p.m. to Diploma Engineer (Trainee).

(D) After successful completion of 1 year training candidate will be absorbed for the post of Jr. Engineer & Sub Engineer. Their seniority in the cadre will be fixed as per marks / merit obtained during selection process and performance in initial training, with the weightage in the ratio of 75:25. Their salary fitment will be done as per Company policy and scale given in the Advt. no. 07(Aug)/2012 on absorption.
