PENGENALAN KURSUS: >> Kursus ini memberikan pembelajaran kemahiran dalam kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan kapal terbang. Pelatih-pelatih juga akan diberi pendedahan melalui pembelajaran berasaskan modul DCAM Part 66. KELAYAKAN MASUK: Calon mestilah warganegara Malaysia berumur di antara 17 hingga 35 tahun dan mempunyai kelulusan akademik berikut : Bagi calon lepasan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM): Lulus SPM dengan 5 KEPUJIAN dalam matapelajaran berikut : a) Bahasa Malaysia b) Bahasa Inggeris c) Matematik / Matematik Tambahan d) Sains/Fizik/ Subjek Teknikal e) Satu matapelajaran lain f) Bagi pelajar bukan aliran Sains, sekurang-kurangnya C+ dalam subjek Sains Dan 1. Tidak rabun warna dan sihat tubuh badan 2. Lulus Ujian Peperiksaan Khas KAEDAH LATIHAN >>Bagi peringkat diploma, latihan berteraskan kemahiran merangkumi 60% latihan amali dan 40% pengajaran teori. TEMPOH LATIHAN >> Tempoh latihan sepenuh masa adalah selama 3 tahun. PELUANG KERJAYA: >> Juruteknik Penyelenggaraan Kapal Terbang (CAT A) di dalam bidang penyelenggaraan kapal terbang (MRO - maintenance, repair and overhaul) PINJAMAN LATIHAN >> Kemudahan pinjaman latihan boleh dipohon melalui Perbadanan Tabung Pinjaman Kemahiran (PTPK).

Bachelor of Aircraft Engineering Technology (Hons) in Avionics Sarjana Muda Teknologi Kejuruteraan Kapalterbang (Kepujian) Avionik KPT/JPS(KA 10146)07/14, MQA PA 10146 Provisional Accredited This degree is a multidisciplinary programme, built upon a strong foundation of the sciences, mathematics and hands -on aircraft maintenance fundamentals, designed to meet the needs and interest of students who want to excel and develop a career as a knowledgeable and competent aircraft maintenance engineer. This programme is different in nature from traditional engineering programmes, which include m echanical and aeronautical engineering as offered by other universities which emphasize heavily on the design aspects of engineering. However, the elements of aircraft design which are more relevant to maintenance activities such as advanced material technologies, durability and repairs are included in order to increase the student readiness to face the demand of highly sophisticated aircrafts. The aspects of engineering management such as economy, quality assurance, reliability and logistic are also part of the syllabus, therefore improve the student awareness on cost efficiency, safety standards, efficient planning, good decision making etc. The consolidation of aviation maintenance and relevant traditional engineering disciplines will provide an enjoyable learning experience closely related the industry needs.
