The masterplan of Sentul West and Sentul East by YTL. A hundred years ago, a railway was built in the heart of Sentul, north of KL, to bring in trade. It quickly became a centre of activity and cosmopolitan culture, filled with contrast, character and an earthly zest for life. Today, this mix is alive and well, but that's not all. There is a vision to evolve Sentul into a modern downtown community, while preserving its vibrant heritage and celebrating the well-being of the human spirit in the midst of green fields. ----------The Capers, Sentul East The Capers is an architecturally sophisticated development for Malaysia. It consists of 2 blocks of 40-storey towers comprising duplex condominiums. It will be built by Sentul Raya, now part of Malaysian conglomerate YTL in the renewed neighbourhood of Sentul East. Sentul East is home to KL's aspirational affluent performing arts centre, simply known as "KLPAC".

You see, it's natural to live more interestingly here.

Tropicool@KL: Symbiotic Tropical Mushrooms (vision: for illustration only) Tropicool is the core answer of a new urban city in the future. Self-reliant, symbiotic buildings are the themes of this new housing mode.

With the existing planning of the Sentul cityscape as a Green Urban Park City by 2030, it is essential to ensure future development would not eliminate all the green areas. Therefore, the aim of this proposal is to retain the existing urban green lungs and integrate it within a conducive tropical living environment.
