.eller is responsible to deli%er the Gold to the 5efinery! .eller will pro%ide all the necessary documents in order to transfer the Gold from the Destination Airport to the buyer-s 5efinery! 4he import customs, ;A4 ta3es and other applicable ta3es at destination Airport, are on the account of the Buyer. &uyer is responsible for all charges to deli%er the gold to the refinery including refining, assays, and all other fees, ta3es, and charges! 4he 4itle for the Gold shall remain in the name of the .eller until the &uyer has paid for the gold in full to the .eller! <nly after full payment for the gold, will the 4itle to the Gold pass from the .eller to the &uyer!

&uyer signs and seals the ,0< as acceptance of this ,0< .eller issues a 0ontract to buyer with the company 0=< passport copy, &uyer signs and returns the contract to seller along with his passport copy! .eller informs &uyer details of tranche trial and makes it ready for shipment! 4his trance is paid 4>4 &ank to bank by swift as it is written in the terms of payment When .eller informs &uyer that the goods are ready to ship the &uyer issues ,T1/0120 for final payment %ia swift bank to bank! Upon %erification of the ,T1/0120, the .eller deposits the goods with the go%ernment freight and e3port agency for deli%ery to the &uyer-s refinery ;1A &51?$.! 4he .eller-s /ogistics 0ompany shall deli%er the goods within " working days to the &uyer-s refinery! .eller ships gold to &uyer-s 5efinery with copy of airway &ill and sent to &uyer! Gold arri%es at buyer-s destination airport and is cleared by .eller to the &uyer-s 5efinery! .eller-s /ogistics 0ompany finishes processing shipment of goods and forwards copies of all shipping documents to &uyer! 4he &uyer shall make the full payment by wire transfer to .eller which shall be due within 4hree &usiness days after issue of the final assay report from the refinery!
