Ho6e3er9 some or4ani5ations ha" mission statements that 6ere treate" as a li3in4 "o7ument. The 7ore ne3er 7han4e" but the "ire7tion shi$te" 6ith the nee"s o$ the or4ani5ation. I belie3e a mission statement shoul" be $le8ible an" e3ol3in4. My o6n !ersonal mission statement is no "i$$erent.
