Install your software

Install InDesign CS6 Server edition
Locate all installation media and serial numbers before you begin the installation process. Before you begin, close all applications, including your web browser. Make sure you have administrative privileges or can validate as an administrator, and your computer is connected to the internet. 1. Insert the Adobe InDesign CS6 Server Application DVD into your DVD drive. Incase you have downloaded the installer double-click the EXE file (Windows) or DMG (Mac OS). 2. Double-click Set-up.exe (Windows) or Install.app (Mac OS) to begin the installation

Note: Depending on your Autoplay settings in Windows, the Set-up.exe file may launch automatically. 3. Click Install in the welcome screen. 4. Accept the license agreement and warranty terms to use this product . 5. Enter your Adobe InDesign CS6 Server serial number and click Next. 6. Click Sign in Now and provide your Adobe ID credentials and then click Sign In. If you dont have an Adobe ID, click Create an Adobe ID. 7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Note: This product will not function without mandatory activation and registration via the Internet. See www.adobe.com/go/activation for details. Note: You may be asked to close conflicting processes in order to complete the installation. For more information on how to do this, go to http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_bgprocesses Note: In order to reinstall your software after your original installation, you will need access to the original installer (disc or the download from the web). Repair is not an available option.

Additional Install Scenarios

For other install scenarios like Silent Install, Trial etc., you will need to download the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition (APTEE), which is a command-line tool that helps you manage serialization of Adobe products. For more details on APTEE, see InDesign Server Release Notes.

Uninstall your software

Before you uninstall, close all applications currently running on your systemincluding other Adobe applications, Microsoft Office applications, and browser windows. Do one of the following:

Windows: Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click Programs and Features. Select the product that you want to uninstall, click Uninstall, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Mac OS: To safely uninstall on Mac OS X, double-click the product installer in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers or double-click on the Uninstall alias located in the Application folder. Select Remove Preferences, then Authenticate as an Administrator and follow the on-screen instructions. IMPORTANT: DO NOT drag applications to the trash to uninstall them

Dsinstallation du logiciel

Desinstalacin del software
