Stats Extraction and Formatting Method

CS Stats
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. Extract Stats from PRS 2. Convert 'green' cells to number. (Select all of them and right click to get the option of Convert to Number) 3. Now verify North BSCs by using vlookup function with CI_LAC.xls sheet provided, then delete inserted BSC column. 4. Delete all those BSCs that dont belong to North region. 5. Please note that a Site 8899 of HGJTBSC04 should be added in stats as well 6. Now manually delete a few sites (a) those starting with 1 and (b) last two starting with 9 7. Delete the cells having Zero Traffic from the list 8. Now open macro Daily Stats Busy Hour.xlsm by double clicking it 9. Now copy you stats to PRS Raw sheet 10. Run Macro (View Macros View Macros). 11. Automatically it will put all the data in Master Sheet. 12. Copy this data and paste it to another file by values. 13. Delete values corresponding to zero from the date column. 14. Now Vlookup Site Name, City/Highway and Phase columns from North On-Air Sites.xls sheet. 15. Delete sites like 3713, 5885, etc. against #N/A from the site name column that doesn't belong to North server. 16. Split date into two columns: date and time and format date in DD-MMM-YY format. 17. Compress the file into .Zip format ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PS Stats
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. Extract PS Stats of the whole north server from PRS. 2. Make sure these BSCs belong to North server, then delete newly inserted BSC column after the test. 3. vlookup Site IDs against Cell IDs from North On-Air Sites.xls sheet. 4. Delete all sites that dont return any tangible Site ID. 5. Split time column into date and time columns. 6. Format date in DD-MMM-YY format. 7. Insert three columns just after Integrity column and name them RF Planning Site Name, City and Micro/Macro (in fact you better copy them from previous PS Stats as they are formatted differently) 8. vlookup Cell IDs against these mentioned columns in North On-Air Sites.xls sheet. 9. Round (using =round(<number>,<decimal places>) function) Configured TCH column and insert two more columns named Offered Traffic before GlobelTraffic and RF Utilization after GlobelTraffic.

10. vlookup Configured TCH in Traffic-Analysis.xls to get Offered Traffic (format Offered Traffic and GlobelTraffic as a number with two decimal places; FORMAT is under HOME tab of MS Excel ). 11. Using GlobelTraffic and Offered Traffic calculate RF Utilization (RF Utilization =
GlobelTraffic/Offered Traffic and then format it as a PERCENTAGE with two decimal places).

12. Replace values in Abis Blocking column values with the formula =if(R9101:Number of Application
Attempts of Abis Timeslot=0,0, R9109:Number of Unsuccessful Application Attempts of Abis Timeslot Because of no Idle Timeslot/ R9101:Number of Application Attempts of Abis Timeslot)

13. Add a column in the End having Sum of DL MCS 7,8,9 14. Find in percentage the Sum of Number of Error TRAU Frames and Number of Out of synchronization TRAU frame by dividing their sum with (Number of Error TRAU Frames and Number of Out of synchronization and Number of Normal TRAU frames)
