TRAINING SCHEDULE

1. Prepare Proposal: The Proposal shall include:


a. A background of the Company need for the proposal and the specific type of
training needed
b. The Consultants scope of Services/ Work; Consultant and Client Deliverables;
these should include at minimum:
i. The Consultant deliverables are:

1. Co-ordination of the training programme for the persons.


2. Design and delivery of training programme defined by the request for proposal
– see training outline attached
3. Provision of all course and reference materials.
4. Provision of certificates of participation – see attached draft
5. Evaluation of training and follow up
ii. The Client deliverables are:
1. Training facilities and computers for participants
2. Administrative support needed for the successful completion of the training –
provision of refreshment for participants, circulation of schedules and booking
of training room.
3. The provision of a multimedia projector, whiteboard/flipchart, sticky notes,
pens, and essential supplies such as markers and erasers
c. A statement on the training plan, hours and proposed schedule
d. The cost for services, include all costs training, material preparation,
administrative, manual preparation and reproduction.
e. A note on copyright of the material
f. Schedule of payment for services, indicate the initial payment and final payments
g. Indicate the availability of the trainer

2. Upon acceptance of the training plan detail planning is carried out by the planning of:
a. Administrative actions: This involves the confirmation of requirements
between client and consultant. Determination of needs assessment for training
and the presentation of the revised proposal.
b. Logical Agreement: Agreement on the logical aspects of the training; venue;
days and times; refreshments etc.
c. Strategies for delivery, content, and evaluation
d. Preparation of material and reproduction schedule
e. Purchase of Books and approval for course material
f. Daily preparation schedule
3. Facilitation Plan : The plan will involve the minimum:
a. Define the purpose of the Training
b. Decide who will attending the Training
c. Diagnose the situation or need
d. Write results-orientated meeting objectives
e. Set the time of the Training
f. Decide where the Training will be held
g. Decide where pre-work is necessary
h. Determine what processes will be used
i. Choose opening and closing activities
j. Assign responsibilities for arranging the Training

4. Prepare the Training Design1:


a. Objective of session: Provides the objectives of the session and time
b. Material Needed: defines the needed material flip-charts, scissors etc
c. Handouts: define the hand out material
d. Flip Charts: Defines the each flip-chart content
e. Activities: A detailed plan by time and content
f. Prepare the Evaluation forms

5. Implementation: Prepare the training material, review, edit and print. Bind the
documents and ready for distribution one day before training.
6. Hold training, monitor and evaluate training.
7. Submit invoice and evaluation report- if need for additional training is identified,
inform client.
8. Send thank you for opportunity to provide services
