Control measures
Ensure actress has no allergies to tea or milk by asking her before shoot Ensure actress is happy with cold liquid coming into contact with her skin and clothing before shoot Use plastic cup instead of china mug, as plastic is lighter and will cause less harm if it falls on somebody. Use plastic cup instead of china mug, as china can smash easily and wound somebody. Plastic will not shatter as easily. As soon as tea is spilt on the surface, a crew member will immediately mop up with kitchen roll and dry with towel. I will instruct all crew members to tread carefully as the floor may still be slippery.
