According to my dietition, She told me to take (I dont have any complaints like sugar or heart problem.

Cor the third day we can ha$e $egtables and "ruits. =o I had "ruit Euices and$eg.soup. Today I made Tomato, cauli"lower,onion and green chilly soup. .ere it is. Two tomatoes, one hand"ul o" cauli"lower, + medium si6e onion and 2 green chilly. some salt. Just put tomato and green chilly in the mixer grinder and grind well. Tomatoes and Sprout day 5

8n 0th day we are suppose to ha$e B tomatoes and sprout. -hen speaking about sprouts, only green gram sprout is best. Fecause it reduces "at. To prepare sprout, Eust wash and clean the green gram dal. + cup raw green gram will be more than enough "or 2 days. =oak it "or +4 to 2B hours. In between you can wash and change the water. =o that it will not smell bad. Fut while washing dont press the green skin. Just wash it and again "ill the water. ?"ter +4 hours, drain and put it in a drainer and co$er it with a cloth and keep it in a corner, where you "eel some what dark. 8r other wise, you can put them in a box and keep it in the "ridge. I" you keep it in outside you will get sprouts Huickly and i" you keep it in the "ridge it will take 2 toA days. so do as per your wish and need. Just sprinkle water now and then on that. That is all a"ter , to 4 hours you can see small small white sprouts. @ou can keep them as it is till how much length you want the sprouts shoud be. Then use them as salad or make dal or what e$er type you want. Fut here in this diet plan, we can take it as salad only. =o here is the recipe o" the salad. .ere I am attching the photo o" the sprout and sprout salad. These grams wash out our "ats which are coated in our $ines. @ou can eat as it is or you can make it like curry or dal. ?ny "orm is ok. 2$en you can make dosa, idly etc., @ou can add beet root, cabbage, coriander lea$es, mint lea$es etc., 8r i" you want to gi$e this to children, you can add pomegranate, apple or banana and little sugar. =ome how we ha$e to take this regularly. @ou can sun dry this sprout and make powder and make IkanEiI and drink. that is $ery healthy and old people can drink them.
