Quantified Impact
Quantified Impact
According to the NTFB, each dollar donated will provide 3 meals ("North Texas Food Bank fact sheet," 2012). That means the projected value of the items collected will be enough to provide 17,370 meals. With the event costing $2,669, each meal will only cost $.16
each.
After-Action
North Texas Food Bank will be given all proceeds from the event. Food and cash donations will be consolidated at the Cockrell Hill North Texas Food Bank Location. A full summary of donations will be available for inspection no later than two weeks from the event.
Team 2
Should both parties be interested in a continued or annual event, T2 will be available for planning and consultation in the future.
