Requirement Details: Working Experience on EMC Clariion/EMC Symmetrix /EMC Celerra storage Product. Working Experience on Brocade/CISCO/Mc-Data SAN Switches A strong sense of urgency and professionalism is essential. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. Must possess excellent research/technical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Customer Service Technical Support and/or customer facing/orientated environments is preferred. Strong communication skills. Knowing a Storage and EMC storage product is an additional advantage. Job Responsibilities: Troubleshooting Celerra issues on above areas and on various NAS versions Work on customer issue remotely via phone/email/chat/WebEx. Creating/extending file system and sharing it with Unix/windows clients using CLI and GUI Configuring NFS, CIFS, iSCSI Configuring/applying quota on file systems Configuring Celerra replicator Configuring and scheduling celerra checkpoint Collecting Support material & SP collects from Celerra Administering datamover failover/failback and troubleshooting Data Mover panic Customer issues may be received by Support Centers through automated dial-homes; voice initiated technical calls from EMC Customers, Customer Engineers, or remote maintenance calls and Web Support Calls. Troubleshoot the issue and provide solution to the customer. Candidates should demonstrate specific knowledge of EMC products Exhibit a positive attitude to customers and other employees. Ability to support and communicate with customers over the phone or preferred communication method by customer.
